When you write about a technical issue, please include your Windows version, your graphics card model, the version number of Image2Video Studio (find it under About in the app), and a description of what you tried and what happened.
Common questions
How do I join the waiting list?
The priority waiting list is the fastest way. Or email hello@image2video.studio and we'll add you manually.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in to the customer portal using the link in your welcome email, or email us and we'll do it for you. Cancellation stops the next yearly renewal. Your current subscription stays active until its expiry date.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first paid charge if the app simply doesn't work for you on supported hardware. See the refund policy for the full details.
Why was my prompt or image flagged?
Image2Video Studio has a built-in content filter that blocks a narrow set of subject matter we won't help generate — child sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real identifiable people, content designed to defraud, and content that incites violence. See the Code of Use for specifics. The filter is on by default and locked on during the free trial. After the trial, you can adjust most safety controls — but the bright-line prohibitions in the Code of Use always apply.
Does Image2Video Studio collect my data?
No. Your photos, your descriptions, and the videos you generate never leave your computer. The app talks to our servers for three things only: checking that your subscription is active, downloading curated models you choose to install, and checking for software updates. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Can I use the videos I generate commercially?
Yes. You own the videos you generate, subject to the rules in our terms and Code of Use. The curated models we ship permit commercial use. If you bring in your own custom models, those licences are between you and the model's creator.
How do I switch computers?
Your subscription allows installation on up to 2 of your own computers. To move to a new machine, install the app there and sign in — if you're at the 2-computer limit, the app will offer to deactivate an older install.
I think there's a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@image2video.studio with as much detail as you can. The app has a "Save diagnostics" button under Settings that creates a small zip file with non-sensitive logs — attach that if you can.
I want to report misuse.
Send a message to abuse@image2video.studio. If a person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We cooperate with law enforcement on lawful requests — see the Code of Use for what we can and cannot help with.
